This site is operated by Junovy, a Dutch eenmanszaak registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 71813977, trading under the registered trade names Omni Visual and OMNI. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What this site is
omnivisual.art is a portfolio and a place to get in touch. There is no account to create, no subscription, and nothing to buy here. The site is provided as it is, free of charge, and may change or go offline at any time without notice.
3. Commissioned work is separate
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Sending the contact form starts a conversation, nothing more. Any commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, rights and liability; these terms do not apply to it and do not override it.
4. Use of the site
You may browse, read, link to and share this site freely. You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the infrastructure behind it;
