What this page is
The Privacy Policy is the formal version. This is the same thing said plainly. If the two ever disagree, the Privacy Policy is the one that counts.
What we actually hold about you
Unless you have written to us, almost certainly nothing. This site has no analytics and no trackers. We hold personal data only if you sent the contact form, used the live chat, or have corresponded with us about a project. Server logs hold your IP address for 90 days.
Your rights under GDPR
- Access — ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to fix anything that is wrong or incomplete.
- Erasure — ask us to delete it.
- Restriction — ask us to stop using it while something is being sorted out.
- Portability — ask for it in a format you can take elsewhere.
- Object — tell us to stop processing that rests on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — take back a consent you gave, at any time, without giving a reason.
Withdrawing consent does not undo what was lawfully done before you withdrew it, and it does not affect data we are required to keep by law, such as accounting records.
How to ask
Write to [protected email] and say what you want. There is no form to fill in and no fee. We reply within 30 days; if a request is unusually complex we may take longer, and we will tell you why within those first 30 days.
We may ask you to confirm who you are before we hand over or delete anything, so that someone else cannot ask for your data on your behalf.
The cookie banner
Your consent choice lives in your own browser, not on our server. Clear your browser storage for this site and the choice is gone; the banner comes back on your next visit. See the Cookie Declaration for what is actually stored.
If you are not happy with our answer
You can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, which supervises us as a Dutch controller. If you live in another EU or EEA country you may complain to your own national authority instead. You do not have to come to us first, though we would rather have the chance to put it right.
